Presently housed on the 3rd floor of Carson-Taylor Hall, the museum houses clothing from 1880 to 2002. The goals of the museum are to "preserve and exhibit the fashion heritage of the North Louisiana area". The museum was founded in 1976 when 50 clothing items from the private collection of Virginia Laskey of Ruston were donated to the University.
